Rekreační byt v Sankt Johann byl upraven pro potřeby pětičlenné rodiny. Z oken a terasy se otevírá výhled na štíty rakouských Alp i městečko s kostelem, byt poskytuje relaxaci a komfortní zázemí pro lyžování a horskou turistiku. Jeho výsledná podoba v novostavbě mohla vzniknout v podstatě na dálku, vzájemná spolupráce už se osvědčila při stavbě rodinného domu v Praze. Pouze se tu více uplatnily materiály a barvy podtrhující atmosféru dovolené – tmavě mořené dubové dřevo nebo sytě červená barva omítky Tadelakt či závěsů.

The holiday apartment in Sankt Johann has been adapted for the needs of a family of five. The windows and terraces offer views of the peaks of the Austrian Alps and the small town with the church, and the apartment provides relaxation and comfortable facilities for skiing and hiking. Its final appearance in the new building could have been created at a distance, mutual cooperation has already proved successful in the construction of a family house in Prague. Only the materials and colors underlining the atmosphere of the holiday were used more - dark stained oak wood or deep red color of the Tadelakt plaster or curtains.
